I don’t know why the place has bad reviews, if you come with patience and a good attitude everyone treats you right. I’ve been coming here since 2013 for my DACA paperwork and renewal, never had issues with the front desk, I’m always seen my Mike LeFrance and always had a good experience. If you show up by opening time there’s no wait time… if you show up after that of course it’s going to be busy so come with patience if you’re not willing to wake up early.

More than Year ago I requested new green card, my wallet was stolen. Every time is almost impossible to get someone on phone. Line is always busy. Now I know what they do. They put people on hold and after 20 minutes hangout. Wasting days. Terrible service.

These people don't answer their phones. They are rude and all they want is money. Do not truly want to help you. All they are looking for is a way to charge you. They don't help low income BEWARE Theifs And SCam artists

I do not recommend it. They stole 50 dollars from me that I paid two weeks before an appointment with a lawyer. But I had to cancel the appointment a week before and they refused to return my money. They say they are orders from the Archdiocese, not to return the money. They say they help, but it's not true, they abuse. They deceive in the name of catholics.

Someone recommended me to go this location for immigration help. What a mistake. They said they are helping low income people that's not true. Right hand doesn't know what is left hand doing. First person that l met he asked me to pay $200 for the whole package they call it. later on another person said no we charge $250 office fee. And now you tell me this is low income rate? Many low income l know they make $1000 Month . First person that l met he was super nice and professional Mexican guy. Haitian women l met super rude... Take your case somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place.
